Our client bought this property in Kleinbrak, mainly for its proximity to the beach and exquisite sea- and river mouth vistas. A small section of the original house was retained, and the remainder was re-designed for optimal views and easy ‘open-plan living’. As the views open up to the west dealing with the blazing afternoon sun required particular attention to detail and material selection.
