BE3 was approached by Mr. & Mrs. Strauss to convert their old family holiday house into a spacious home that could accommodate the growing Strauss clan including several grand kids. A number of unpractical spaces and structures were removed in order to open up the main living area and kitchen and enhance the flow between in and outside. Modern stacking door were installed all leading onto a protected swimming pool deck. A main bedroom with en-suite was added again opening to the pool. The cottage feel of the old was respected but the new additions have a modern, airy ambiance with light spilling in from all angles.
