Brandwacht aan Rivier, Stellenbosch
Shaw House was our first project in the Brandwacht aan Rivier estate. The brief was to create a home for the rental market within tight budget constraints yet steering clear of a ‘speculation-type’ feel. The house was placed at an angle to the site boundaries to optimize the northern sun and create ample outdoor living space at the front of the plot.
