A sloping site with views towards the west and a limited budget required creative thinking at its best. Working with the Geysers however turns these challenges into opportunities to find simple yet delightful spatial solutions that we know the client will add to with refined interior touches. 2 Barn shaped wings (one for living and the other sleeping rooms) are connected by a study with a braai patio nestling in between. Balau sliding screens are used as sun control devices allowing flexibility on the western elevation without compromising the view. We believe the home is an excellent example of another successful collaboration.
